Additional Costs
Fuel & Insurance
All events are subject to a £5 charge for every 10 miles of travel away from my home base to cover petrol & insurance.
Set Changes
Any requests to change the set list (to 2 or more songs, first one is on the house) will be a £50 charge per song to accomodate any time required to rehearse and transpose the new song requests.
Any requests to add to the set list will require a £50 charge per song as well as charges for an increase in set length - this can be designed/discussed in our consultation.
* Any set changes must be requested at least 4 weeks before the event. We cannot guarentee any changes after the request deadline and, if we can accomodate, will be subject to premium charges.
Cancellations/Changes
All gig requests will require £100 desposit to secure your date. Cancellations made >6 months from your originally requested gig date will get a full refund on their deposit. Cancellations made 6 months - 6 weeks away from the originally requested gig date will not get a refund on their deposit. Cancellations made less than 6 weeks from the gig will be charged the full gig fee for my time (minus the petrol/set up fees.). This is due to the fact that gigs are booked out far in advance and I likely will have lost out on other work by blocking out my time for this event.
